About Francesca

From the time I was little I fully intended on becoming a veterinarian. 

 

After 2 years of the pre-veterinary curriculum at Virginia Tech I took an elective course in the Exercise Science Department and everything changed.  I had always been active and involved with sports but discovering how our bodies respond to physical activity and adapt to it over time as well as learning how to condition clients to higher levels of fitness and improved health… well that had me engaged and excited in a way that studying animal science did not.

My love of interacting with people and helping them navigate their fitness and health goals has kept me in the fitness industry for the long haul.  My passion is helping people to move, celebrating what they CAN do and making their fitness journey fun and enjoyable!
