I provide thoughtful, client specific workouts that are based on the science of how the body moves and coached in a safe, fun and positive environment that celebrates where you are, what you can do and moves you towards your goals.

I strive to take the fear, anxiety, intimidation and negative self talk OUT of the experience and replace it with anticipation, enthusiasm, joy and confidence. I am creative and resourceful and enjoy the puzzle that each client presents with, including injuries, aches, pains, limitations, and lack of equipment. I am always looking to shine a light on what clients CAN do, to highlight their successes and growth.

Flexible Exercise Plans Tailored to You

My training sessions are not strict or rigid; many times I will adjust a workout on the fly because of an injury or a change in mood/energy on the client’s part. The client’s goals are always front and center and while I have a game plan for each session I am always open to tailoring the session as we go.

Science-backed Workouts for Safe & Healthy Training

I have a BS and an MS in the exercise science field and have been in the industry for 20+ years. Through my extended education and varied experience, I am uniquely positioned to create safe workouts for a broad range of clients that are informed by my knowledge of how the body moves.
